Bridgetown is Nestled in the Green, Rolling Hills of the Blackwood River Valley

Bridgetown is a picturesque town, 272 km (just 3hrs) south of Perth.

The landscape is a rich mix of forest, pasture and cropping land, interspersed with semi rural hobby farms and timber plantations.


The Blackwood River, one of the states best white water canoeing rivers, flows through the town.

Being central to four shires: Boyup Brook, Nannup, Donnybrook, and Manjimup, the shire of Bridgetown / Greenbushes is an ideal base for residential camping experiences. Bunbury, Busselton and Pemberton are only 1 hr away.

Bridgetown hosts many events and festivals throughout the year.

They include the 'Blackwood Marathon' and the autumn and spring 'Open Garden Festivals' with
the premier event, the 'Blues at Bridgetown' which, on the second weekend in November, attracts in excess of 15,000 people.
