Q. How do I make a booking?
A: Contact the Camp School on (08) 9761 1691 or email us to check if the dates you require are available. Then complete the booking form & return by fax. On receipt of booking form, you will be sent a letter of confirmation, deposit invoice and a Camp School information pack. Payment of your deposit and signing and returning the Booking Form and Hire Agreement secures your booking.

Q: Do we need to bring bedding?
A: Yes. Campers are required to bring 2 single sheets, a pillow slip and toiletries. Please, no sleeping bags unless prior arrangements have been made with the manager.
Linen can be ordered by prior arrangement. The cost of linen is $10.00.

Q: Do you cater for Vegetarians or children with strict diet requirements?
A: Yes. On the Camp Return Form, you can make your special requests.

Q: Do we have to clean up?
A: Yes. Campers are responsible for serving and clearing of meals, washing and wiping of dishes and general tidiness
of dormitories.

Q: How many can you accommodate?
A: 91 beds to accommodate a maximum group size (including adults and bus drivers) of 72.

Q: Are excursion management plans available for each excursion?
A: Plans have been completed for the Camp School & all water based activities. Others are being progressively developed.

Q: Do students need to bring snacks?
A: No. The students will be well fed whilst at camp, including morning & afternoon teas & supper.

Q: Do Camp School staff have police clearances?
A: Yes. It is a requirement for all Department of Education employees to receive Police clearance

Q: Do we need to supply various cheques for excursions etc?
A: No. We issue one invoice to cover all expenses

Q: Do we pay GST?
A: All Camp Schools, Meals & Accommodation are GST Free. You may be subject to GST from some External Excursions but we will advise you.
